Refund Policy

The short version: All fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, and only when we determine a qualifying event occurred.

No Automatic Refunds

Newsletr subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because the Service is made available immediately upon payment, we do not issue refunds as a standard practice.

The following are not grounds for a refund:

Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
Unused time remaining after cancellation mid-cycle
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality or accuracy
A change in your business circumstances or newsletter strategy
Failure to configure or use the platform after account creation

Exceptions We May Consider

A refund request may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following limited circumstances:

Extended service outage: A verified technical failure on our part rendered the Service completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during the billing period
Billing error: A duplicate charge or erroneous amount was billed due to a failure in our billing systems
Legal requirement: Your jurisdiction requires a refund by applicable consumer protection law

How to Request a Refund

If you believe a qualifying exception applies, email us at hello@newsletr.ai within 7 days of the charge. Include:

Your account email address
The invoice number or date of the charge
A clear description of why you believe you qualify

We will respond within 5 business days. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out — we are responsive and will work to address legitimate billing concerns.
