Refund Policy

The short version: All fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, and only when we determine a qualifying event occurred.

No Automatic Refunds

Newsletr subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because the Service is made available immediately upon payment, we do not issue refunds as a standard practice.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out — we are responsive and will work to address legitimate billing concerns.
